Our cancellation policy is built so you can book with confidence. Deposits are 100% refundable when you cancel with enough notice. Below are the tiers and the small print.
How to cancel
Send us an email or WhatsApp message with your booking name and dates. We confirm the cancellation in writing and start the refund process within 48 hours. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Refund processing time
Once approved, refunds take 5–10 business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Weather and force majeure
Costa Rica weather is part of the adventure. Heavy rains and seasonal road closures are normal. If a road we recommended becomes impassable, we will help reroute at no charge. Reservations are not refundable for weather alone — we plan around it.
