To respond to your inquiry, confirm reservations, send booking confirmations and provide trip support. We do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing.

Legal basis

For your booking inquiry: contract / pre-contract steps. For analytics: your consent via the cookie banner. For accounting: legal obligation.

How long we keep it

Booking data: 5 years (Costa Rica tax law). Marketing data (if you opt in): until you unsubscribe.
